Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all MrFluffyFriendTM tags still attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
